We see these all the time. But have you ever stopped to think about the effort that goes into making this? No hammer or nails. No saws, screws or other such luxuries. But yet here it is. Sturdy. Strong. Enduring.
Somehow they manage to weave random sticks and twigs together. Somehow they make it balance. Wind, snow, and yet it stays.
And young are raised here. The nursery. The dining room. The bedroom. All one. Nicely tucked away. Safely.
I have no idea what type or bird made this. I don’t know when it was made. But it’s still here. So the next time you see one, maybe take a minute and think if you could build this. And build it so it would last.
